These prints are part of the Ordering My Thoughts Unsuccessfully—a project that reflects the ongoing attempts to organize the chaos in my head. The works are made with a combination of javascript and glsl and begin with a rectangle that slowly gets divided into smaller rectangles: everything organized, clean, structured, logical. But at some point, the view begins to warp. The lines bend. The logic breaks down. Chaos reasserts itself. Again.
The digital work is engraved into birch plywood with a laser cutter and printed on an old Korrex proofing press in beautiful Yves Klein Blue.
Due to the manual process, no two prints are exactly the same.
